Cyril Akafia

Cyril Akafia is passionate about developing biomedical solutions through research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, neuroengineering, neuroinformatics, cognitive and social neuroscience. He believes inclusive innovation is possible through interdisciplinary research and collaboration across different scientific disciplines and cultures. Beyond his professional career, he is committed to partnering with others to make technology and research accessible to underprivileged communities. Cyril was born and raised in Ghana and has a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Ghana.
